PROCESS
GRIND IT
Our technique uses an industrial diamond disc grinder on the existing concrete floor to resurface. We open the pores of the floor and remove glue or any other materials to achieve a smooth appearance. We also use a high powered HEPA-vacuum to aliviate 90% of dust from the work area.

REPAIR IT
Afterward, we correct all the cracks or imperfections that the floor surface may have. We use a much smaller grinder that allows for detailed work to repair edges, holes, or any other imperfection. This helps to achieve a smoother floor before applying our base coat.

COAT IT
Then, we proceed to apply an epoxy coating, which allows you to increase the strength and durability of your floors. This special coating guarantees you a strong base so you can walk on it with confidence.

FLAKE IT
Now we apply our flakes. This is the main element that will give your floors that elegant and expensive look. We have a wide variety of colors and shapes that allow you to create unique styles that resemble expensive marble or granite floors.

SCRAPE IT
Once the flakes have adhered, we scrape and vacuum the surface until a completely smooth appearance has been achieved. In this step, we make sure that there are no irregular edges to give a perfect finish.

SEAL IT
In this last step, we apply a special coating to give resistance to your floor. This coating seals the surface and prevents high traffic, heat, chemicals, or other factors from damaging its appearance. Our top coat is 100% UV resistant and stable plus it gives it a nice semi-gloss finish you want!
